Child, Youth, and Family Coordinator
Zion Lutheran Church is seeking a part-time to full-time Child/Youth/Family Coordinator to support the day-today operations of the Youth Ministry. This will be done by overseeing volunteer coordination, logistical planning for Sunday Services, and the organization and execution of ministry events. This role ensures that all services and activities operate smoothly and in alignment with the mission and values of the church. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, a strong communicator and passionate about creating impactful ministry experiences for children, youth and families. Some of the duties include recruiting, training and scheduling volunteers to serve in all aspects of ministry activities and events. Additional duties include planning activities to grow family and youth involvement in all activities and church events. Experience working with children/families is a must.
